Cooking Courses FAQ

· All Culinary Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays. Please call Samantha Limcaco at 510-534-7941 to arrange for class times.
· Classes take place in the Samantha FoodGeek home kitchen located in Oakland by Mills College.
· These are some things to expect:
o Dress comfortably with close-toed shoes. Long hair must be tied back. An apron and all kitchen equipment and food will be provided.
o Upon arriving, the instructor will provide a lesson plan for the student to keep for future reference.
o After the conclusion of the lesson, and time permitting, students will sit and taste the food they prepared with the instructor and talk about the lessons learned in class. The remaining food will be packaged for the student to take home.
